Graduate Student,Extremely Passionate to build my career in the field of Business Intelligence and Data analytics. I have 1.7 years of solid work expericne in the Information technology Industry. Having a computer sceince and engineering background I not only wanted to learn about the technical aspect but also wanted to gain exposure in the technical management perspective as well which motivated me to purse my Master's degree in Management Information System.

My Work Experience

AMAZON INDIA, Quality Associate

As a Quality Services (QS) I Worked in testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The primary objective of QS organization is to provide manual testing support. As a Associate, Quality Services I performed manual test execution of documented task instructions, Which produce accurate test results meeting daily targets, adhering to defined processes. During my tenure as a Quality Service Associate I Gained understanding of the application test procedures and how to use applicable software and tools. · Executed test instructions and report test results accurately and promptly. · Report any deviations observed · Understand any changes in test instructions related to their assigned work · come up with optimization tools to ease the processes to perform assigned work.

Part of the US new business operations team, focused on the following: • Identifying & generating new business opportunities through direct sales, strategic alliances, and cold calls to a targeted list of prospects from Fortune 2000 enterprises focusing on Digital transformation. • Making outbound cold calls to a targeted list of prospects and interacting with senior personnel (C level, SVP, VP, Sr/Director) from an organization, and maintaining client relationships. • Making customized solutions and value propositions on digital transformation to Photon’s target customer base. • Responsible to coordinate with the technical team to prepare and schedule pre-sales discussions, ensure smooth communication between client, sales team, and pre-sales. • Making Direct sales & looking for opportunities in establishing strategic alliances. • Prepare necessary presentations, proposals for client interaction, and sell IT/Digital related software services to identified potential prospects.

MENTIS INC, Data Analyst

Joined the company as a oracle developer trainee/intern. As a trainee intern my responsibility was to perform certain task like data masking handling tokens raised from the technical support and resolving the technical issues. Learned about dynamic and static data masking in oracle 11g. Gained knowledge about creating and handling engines , creating pathways in the interface.
